INCLUDES

ITINERARY

Our weekend workshops offer a tuition session to cover any details that you are unsure of, and a review session for image critique and an opportunity for processing tuition. Our exact schedule will be determined according to the whole group’s photographic objectives and the weather. We keep a flexible itinerary to accommodate this. We will spend the workshop instructing and shooting, often from before dawn until after dark.

Start time on Friday Night: We will meet at the hotel from 4pm onwards: With the opportunity to shoot sunset and have dinner at the hotel. If you are going to arrive late or not make it for dinner this is fine, our workshops are designed so that you can travel after work and it will not matter if you arrive late on Friday night. We also offer the option to be picked up from Christchurch airport at 2pm (see transport below)

Finish time on Sunday: We aim to be finished by 3 pm on Sunday allowing pepole time to travel home or meet late flights from Christchurch after 7 pm.

TRANSPORT

Option 1 - Meet at Arthurs Pass:  If you are driving yourself you can meet us at the Bealey Hotel on Friday night. Once on the workshop we will provide you with transport around the locations or you can follow along in your own car if you wish.

Option 2 - Return transport from Christchurch airport:  If you are flying into Christchurch airport we can offer you return transport for an additional $150. Please see notes above on start & finish times, and request recommended flights before booking any.
