Joining him is Richard Young, a Fine Art Printing Ambassador for Epson, who brings his refined tuition on portfolio-building along with a passion for exploring a more expressive approach to landscape photography. The retreat will provide the opportunity to learn from both of these photographers and enhance your vision of landscape photography as a form of art. 

Lake Moeraki, situated in the Te Wahipounamu World Heritage Area, is known for its rich biodiversity with unique flora and fauna offering the perfect backdrop to develop your own artistic approach to the landscape. During the four days, you will have the opportunity to explore the incredible ancient rainforests and rugged coastline with Craig & Richard offering their expert guidance both in the field and in dedicated tuition sessions to support your photographic journey on the retreat. 

The tuition element on this retreat has been designed for more experienced photographers, with Craig and Richard hosting lectures on landscape photography as art alongside offering feedback within image critique sessions.

Located at the premier Lake Moeraki Wilderness Lodge, established by conservationists Anne Saunders and Dr Gerry McSweeney, the lodge is a living example of how eco-tourism can protect nature. The retreat is fully inclusive, with breakfasts, lunches and dinners included along with single-room accommodation.
